Het kernteam van New Earth Leaders programma's bestaat uit organisator en procesbegeleider Niels Koldewijn en leerfacilitator en procesbegeleiders Fionnuala Herder-Wynne.

"Met New Earth Leaders (NEL) gaan we uit van de kracht van álle deelnemers, vanuit Nederland en het ontwikkelingsland en maken we gebruik van elkaars diversiteit om ontwikkelingsvraagstukken aan te pakken. De positieve focus op wat iedereen kan inbrengen en met een open mind van elkaar kan leren, geeft voor mij een nieuwe definitie aan ontwikkelingssamenwerking. De processen die plaatsvinden zijn werkelijk grensverleggend!"

Mijn organisatie
Met FairGround zorgen wij enerzijds voor de reisorganisatie. Wij leggen de verbinding met ontwikkelingsprojecten wereldwijd tijdens de activiteiten die we organiseren. Tijdens een NEL programma wordt d.m.v. een case door een internationaal team ondersteuning gegeven aan een lokaal initiatief. Dit gebeurd door gezamenlijk onderzoek naar de mogelijk uitkomst van een complex vraagstuk en ondersteuning op financieel-, kennis en gezamenlijke leerniveau.

Een tweede rol die ik tijdens NEL programma's pak is procesbegeleider. Samen met Fionnuala Herder-Wynne ontwerpen en begeleiden we programma's waarbij er inhoudelijk op duurzaamheids- en leiderschapsthema's wordt geleerd. Tegelijkertijd is er veel ruimte om van elkaar te leren, professionals onder elkaar uit Nederland en over de hele wereld.

leerfacilitator en procesbegeleiders: Fionnuala Herder-Wynne

My passion is to work with leaders and their organizations to help them create organisational magic. The essence of my work is a deep knowing that this is possible: that ordinary people can create the extraordinary; that the highest self is already present as a possibility to be evoked in each person, in relationships between people and within an organisation and that it is possible to create a desired future now, independent of external conditions. By discerning the organisation’s highest self, allowing it to come clearly into focus, it can act as a powerful attractor and energiser for a new way of doing business. Today I do this work within an international network.

To my work I bring a depth of more than 20 years of business experience, fulfilling senior roles such as Director Innovation and European Sales & Marketing Manager for international companies. I’ve built business’s valued at €millions (Bioplastics, Genetic fingerprinting) and an innovation centre for Kappa Packaging valued by the venture capital firm CVC Capital Partners/Cinven Ltd. as equivalent to an operating company in their acquisition of Kappa from KNP BT (sale $1.7 billion). Teams that I have led have had research breakthroughs valued by AT Kearney at EBIT contribution €5 million p.a. I’ve built teams and organizations and have worked with and for organisations such as American Express, AstraZeneca, ICI, Smurfit Kappa, Dutch Dept. Economic Affairs, NCDO, Tengelman, Metro and Coca Cola. I’ve worked together with universities throughout the world and with government agencies and NGOs at national and European level.

My background is in Science, Business and Transformational coaching. I hold a PhD in Genetics and a diploma in International Market Research. I have been trained in coaching and transpersonal psychology with the Academie Integrale Menswetenschap, I’m a certified intuitive energy reader and healer and a Practitioner in organizational transformation with Richard Barrett.

I’ve contributed to the anthology “Einstein’s Business: Engaging Soul, Excellence and Collective Intelligence in the Workplace Community”, have been chair for the congress “Spirit op de Werkplek” in 2007 and co-organized together with NCDO the ‘Earth Charter in Action’ congress in 2007. I’m a committed member of my community church Youth Council, a member of the Roncalli school working group ‘Onderzoekende houding’ and I’ve been a ‘woman of the village of Fèlsörakos Rumania since 1997.

I’m Irish, born in Ghana, married to a Dutchman Kees and together we have one son, Benjamin whom we love passionately. We live in the Netherlands with our cat Morful in a house with a garden filled with squirrels, birds and mice (that sadly sometimes land on Morful’s menu). English is my mother tongue but I speak Dutch fluently, can negotiate in German and get by in French and Hungarian.
